The Website is an online service that allows private parties to connect with each other for the purpose of buying and selling products and/or services from each other.

Credit Card and Bank Account Information. To facilitate the Website services, the Company uses Finix as its third-party payment processor. Finix securely handles and stores all credit card and bank account information, and also manages payouts to Sellers. The use and retention of information provided by Members to Finix are governed by Finix's terms and conditions, including its Privacy Policy, which are available from Finix.
Children’s Privacy. Members must be 18 years of age or older. Accordingly, the Website is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly (a) collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 or (b) allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up as a Member. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Personal Information.
