The Website is an online service that allows private parties to connect with each other for the purpose of buying and selling products and/or services from each other.


We care about your privacy and are committed to openness and transparency in our privacy practices and policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices and policies of third parties, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices and policies of such third parties.

  2. Definitions. Capitalized terms used in this document will have the meanings assigned to them below or, if a term is not defined below, it will have the meaning assigned to it in the Agreement.


  3. Information We Collect. We collect both “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your name, address, and email address, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Website.


    1. Information collected via Technology. In an effort to improve the quality of the Services, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Services, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Services, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit our Website, you will need to create an Account to become a Member. When you create an Account you will need to enter your Personal Information and to create a username and a password. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy to provide services to you via the Website, including for the purpose of allowing you to interact with Seller Members who are located in your geographical area.


    3. Credit Card and Bank Account Information. To facilitate the Website services, the Company uses Finix as its third-party payment processor. Finix securely handles and stores all credit card and bank account information, and also manages payouts to Sellers. The use and retention of information provided by Members to Finix are governed by Finix's terms and conditions, including its Privacy Policy, which are available from Finix.


    4. Children’s Privacy. Members must be 18 years of age or older. Accordingly, the Website is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly (a) collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 or (b) allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up as a Member. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible.   4. How We Use and Share Information

    1. Personal Information. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to a user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. You can also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us in the by selecting the appropriate option within the “My Account” tool on the Website.
